The Els Aubals industrial estate, located in Móra la Nova, is an established business hub, ready to host industrial, logistics and service activities. It is equipped with basic services such as water, electricity, natural gas, telecommunications and fibre optic connections, as well as a fire-fighting network, a communal waste collection service and standardised signage, making it a functional and competitive environment for the development of economic activities.

Its location, adjacent to the N-420 and C-12, provides easy access to the main road networks of the Ribera d’Ebre and to strategic infrastructure such as the train station, the Flix freight terminal, Reus Airport and the Port of Tarragona. Furthermore, the area benefits from nearby services, such as a service station, an electric vehicle charging point, a vehicle inspection centre, restaurants and accommodation, which further enhances its appeal as a hub for economic activity.
