Municipality: Ascó
Area / Perimeter: 10,45 Ha

The Ascó industrial estate is a strategic site located in the heart of one of Catalonia’s main energy hubs. Its location, combined with first-class energy infrastructure and a well-developed transport network, makes it an ideal environment for industrial, energy and logistics activities.

It offers industrial plots ready to host new business projects, with access to the essential supplies and services needed for productive development. The industrial area is part of the Ribera d’Ebre’s reindustrialisation strategy, which aims to attract investment and diversify the region’s economy.
